Once an order is placed with the shipping carrier, the carrier assumes liability for delivery. A tracking number is provided to the customer. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the delivery company and file a claim.
MISCELLANEOUS PRODUCT RETURN
Miscellaneous products are defined as being books, Ocean Salts and other water enhancing products that are not supplied by either NATURAL ACTION TECHNOLOGIES INC or CRYSTAL QUEST® MANUFACTURING. The Customer pays return shipping and a small 20% restocking fee. The items must be in new undamaged and/or unopened condition. Returns must be done within 30 days of delivery receipt day of the original order. Merchandise return will not be honored after 30 days of original delivery receipt. International Orders are final. No returns are allowed on International orders.
NATURAL ACTION TECHNOLOGIES INC - Product Return
The vortex, structured water, Natural Action Waterproducts provided and manufactured by NATRURAL ACTION TECHNOLOGIES INC, is backed by a manufacturer Lifetime Satisfaction Guarantee. Lifetime is legally defined as being twenty (20) years from the date of purchase. If you are dissatisfied with a Natural Action Water product for any reason, you may return it to GREEN FRONTIERS INC for a full refund less shipping and a 20% restocking fee. All shipping fees are always the responsibility of the customer. Refunds on International orders will be less any incidental and/or custom fees and less the 20% restocking fee.

CRYSTAL QUEST® MANUFACTURING - Product return and service
When you placed your order for a CRYSTAL QUEST® filter system or the Green Frontiers Water System you received a link for registering your purchase online with CRYSTAL QUEST®. It is important for you to complete the online registration form.
Repair: CRYSTAL QUEST® MANUFACTURING is responsible for warranty repair. CRYSTAL QUEST® warrants your CRYSTAL QUEST® water filter system for one (1) year from the date of purchase (except for the replacement filters) against all defects in materials and workmanship, when used in compliance with the Use and Care Manual. CRYSTAL QUEST® and GREEN FRONTIERS INC disclaim all implied warranties, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If for any reason the product proves to be defective within one (1) year from the date of purchase, ship your unit to CRYSTAL QUEST® and the entire unit will be repaired or replaced without charge or your money will be refunded by GREEN FRONTIERS INC. Please package your CRYSTAL QUEST® unit carefully to prevent damage in transit. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other legal rights which vary from State to State. CRYSTAL QUEST® nor GREEN FRONTIERS INC assumes any responsibility for incidental or consequential damages; for damages arising out of misuse of the product or the use of unauthorized attachment. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you. Returns: Damaged Goods: Damage to product(s) is not always easily identifiable, as damage can be either visible or concealed. For visible damage, do the following:
#1 Best Option: For the simplest solution for shipping damages, follow this procedure when receiving a delivery. This procedure is the standard operating procedure of the delivery insurance issued by all shipping carriers: 1. inspect the merchandise for damage immediately upon arrival (delivery) and reject the entire shipment if you find any damage. Ask the driver to wait while you inspect the merchandise. 2. If you find any damage, do NOT accept the delivery. Doing so will expedite the process of Crystal Quest getting another unit to you immediately. Refusing the shipment will protect you from having to pay return shipping. All shipping fees are always the responsibility of the purchaser. 3. Immediately file a damage claim with the delivery carrier on the same day as delivery. Try to take a digital photo of the damage if possible. After filing the damage claim, contact Crystal Quest immediately at [email protected] for assistance and further instructions. Legitimate damage claims will be promptly processed. A replacement from the manufacturer will be shipped to the purchaser. When the manufacturer receives the “damaged goods” a detailed analysis of the damaged product claim will be performed to determine if the product was damaged during transportation.
#2 Option: If the driver of the carrier has already departed, or has left, contact the delivery company the same day to file a damage claim. Then contact Crystal Quest that same day at [email protected] for assistance and further instructions. The manufacturer or delivery carrier will initiate a paperwork process and instruct you to send the goods back to the manufacturer, sometimes at your expense, for damage inspection. All shipping fees are always the responsibility of the customer. When the manufacturer receives the “damaged goods” a detailed analysis of the damaged product will be performed. If you have a digital camera, take photos of the damage as proof/evidence before shipping it back and email the photographs to [email protected] as soon as possible.
Concealed Damage: Sometimes damage incurred during shipping cannot be detected until the product(s) is removed from the packaging and installed. If concealed damage is detected, it is very important to act immediately. The purchaser needs to contact the carrier, file a concealed damage claim, and contact Crystal Quest at [email protected]. Concealed damage claims must be filed immediately. With some carriers claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery. Notification to Crystal Quest is required within that timeframe as well; otherwise the shipping replacement policy could be null and void. The product(s) needs to be shipped back to Crystal Quest at the purchaser’s expense, so Crystal Quest can inspect product(s) to determine if the damage occurred during shipping, during installation, or after installation. Crystal Quest and Green Frontiers Inc. Return Refund Policy: Crystal Quest products are inspected and properly packaged before being shipped to the customer. If in the unlikely event it is necessary to return a product, the following terms and conditions apply. Returns for refund or exchange are NOT ALLOWED on filter systems, filter cartridges and/or membranes (for public safety and tampering reasons). The filter systems sold through this website may not be returned. All filter system sales are final.
Canceled Orders Policy:
Orders for Related Products and items that ship from Green Frontiers will ship the same day or within one business day. Items shipped from Natural Action Technologies generally ship within one or two business days. Items shipped from Crystal Quest can require up to ten days to ship and is dependent upon Crystal Quest's production schedule for that item. If you contact us before shipment of your order, you may cancel your order and all funds will be returned.
If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel your order. You may return your order unopened.
If you refuse the delivery and your order is returned to us, you will be credited the total price of the product. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
If the shipping address is an undeliverable address, and your package is returned to us, you can be credited the total price of the product. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Alternatively, we can reship the product to you once we update your shipping address and/or shipping methods. Additional shipping fees may apply.
